.nfo

I dl a trainer for a game but i need to read the .nfo file,can someone please tell me how or direct me to a program that will read it.I've searched forums and couldn't find it.It says when i try to read it "system information cannot open this NFO file.It might be corrupted or an unrecognized version."
And the system info window pops up.
