audio question
here's my story. just bought a set of logitech x-530's for $50 and got them home to find out that my sound card doesnt support the 5.1 surround speakers. so i have to replace my Sound Blaster Audio PCI 128 mixer i believe. dont know a whole lot about the whole sound thing, (digital, analog, surround, stereo) or what sound card to buy. i'm only looking to spend $30 or $40 which prbly wont get me much, but all i want is to be able to listen to all the speakers i bought. looking at creative sound cards since they tend to be the most popular. anyway, anyone who can give me some links to sites with some basics on audio or any tips on purchasing, anything at all in fact would be helpful, thanks!
