Well I think I am going to go for 64-bit and PCI-E. From what I see some of the best cards out there in that range are 6600GT cards. Anyone have some suggestions on a good buy right now.

    Marc,

Do you have an old PCI vid card to hold you over till you could cough up another 80 bucks or so to get a better card? If possible I would go that route. Then you could get an X800XL.

Its not that I couldnt spend another $80, I just dont want to. I am not really a gamer at all. The game I play the most is WoW and even that is not very often. I figured that around $200 is a good range for a good price/performance card. I would still use my 8500LE if I could with the system but that isnt going to work.

Then in light of that I would highly recomend this SAPPHIRE 593L Radeon X600XT 128MB 128-bit DDR VIVO PCI Express x16 Video Card as I just put one in a budget 64 game system and I was very surprised! It will also save you some cash. If you want to spend the dough on a 6600GT then it is simply a matter of finding the one with the goodies, color and heatsink you want. They are all too close to call.
