Which Unnecessary Processes can I disable permanently and how??

Hi there guys, i have had problems with my comp since the day I bought it...Like when I startup it would run stuff that I have now idea about...I cant do anything for about a minute...I think i have to many processes running..The list is below, could you tell me which ones to disable and how to disable it permanently?

There is a great guide done by 'blackviper' that outlines all unnecessary services, and recommended configurations to improve performance. Once you stop and disable some of those services, you'll see processes dropping. The link below is for WinXP.
