Bottlenecks??

If I got a X800 Pro, and flashed it would I get a bottle neck with a gig of DDR 400 and a athalon 64 2800+ cause im thinking of going 939 and 3400+ but that will cost me, cause if i can i wanna get the vid card first and then get new cpu/mobo last. cause my vid card aint cuttin it right now ( trident 8 mb)
