how's this ram?

so i found this decently priced stick of ram, and since im normally not so picky of what brands i choose i was wondering if this is actually a good deal, im looking for a 512 MB PC2100 stick, and this is one of the better values ive found.
the ram is for a "value" pc that i finished last august
Mobo: p4-xbsa by VIA
CPU: 2.0 GHz Celeron (oh yeah)
RAM: 256 MB PC 2100
V.C: GeForce 4 MX 420 64 MB AGP
HD1: Some 80 GB hard drive
HD2: Some 30 GB IBM hard drive
PSU: Some $25 power supply, has issues with OC'ing
Not the best computer, but some games that i run on it have to use the page file too often and it really slows down the action or gets me killed, so i think 768 MB of ram should be enough.
so, how does it look? my budget is $61 including shipping so if anyone knows of a better value and such please speak up.

its got a low CAS latency of 2.5, its a good brand name, and newegg has a lifetime warenty on RAM
i will definately purchase the stick of ram you recommended.
