Symantec Enterprise AV v.10 problem

I've been able to roll this out across the network to all out computers here at work and have been very fortunate that all but 1 computer took it. Now I'm trying to get this last computer to take it and its just not going through. I'd scanned the thing for viruses and cleaned off all spyware, and continue to do a remote install but no dice. I've also tried a direct client install but no dice there either.

Anyone else have any problems sticking it on a Win 2k pro machine?

P.S. I also updated the service pack to the newest 5.
