need drivers for my sata and ethernet

Cant seen to find drivers for my ABIT K8V-Max3 raid ( not the VIA ) ( the Silicon 3114 is the one ) and then my ethernet controller on this mobo ( which is a 3com gigabit NIC )

anyone know where to get them?
