Being Attacked by Trojan Horse Downloader.Small.30.L--Please Help!!

This is my first time posting to a forum; however, after reading some of the posts I feel that you all may be able to help me. Our computer has been running very slowly and today we may have figured out why. I use the free version of AVG and it found Trojan Horse Downloader.Small.30.L, but AVG could not do anything with it. I found the folder that the .exe program supposedly existed in, but when I go there it's not there.

Please Help!!!

    Close all open windows. Place a checkmark next to these entries and click Fix Checked:
