Unexplained popups after removing smitfraud

OK, So I did the Smitfraud removal, but I still have occasional popups anytime the computer is on, regardless of weather I'm surfing or not. Norton Antivirus 2005 can't find anything. Here's my log file from HijackThis:

    Download CWShredder 2.15 from here.

    Download\'SpSeHjfix\' to the desktop and then
    right click a blank part of the desktop and select new folder, call it spfix
    unzip the file into that folder.

    Disconnect from the net and Close ALL OPEN PROGRAMS.
    Run 'SpSeHjfix'. and click on "Start Disinfection".
    When it's finished it will reboot your machine to finish the cleaning process.
    The tool creates a log of the fix which will appear in the folder.

    If it doesn't find any of the SE files or any hidden reinstallers it will say system clean and not go on to next stage.

    Run the shredder and press the *fix,* not scan and allow it to clean the infection. Close all browser and explorer windows before hitting the fix button.

    Reboot and post a fresh HJT log and the log that was created by 'SpSeHjfix'.

    -

    Please go here & install ALL critical updates required for your system, including service pack 1a for both XP and IE6.
    Most malware is designed to attack unpatched XP systems - exploiting the available 'holes' - and can bypass third-party protection on an unpatched system. The most that can be done with an unpatched system is put a temporary bandage on it. Your system can potentially be reinfected within minutes of cleaning it.

    ::Knocking on wood::

    No popups on reboot...let's see if it lasts. Thanks for the help.

    Just a couple more to do.

    ===============

    When we're done cleaning off your system, I'd recommend that you install all the critical windows updates available from Microsoft, up to service pack 1. This will help to make your system more secure and prevent many 'problems' from reoccurring in the future.

    ===============

    Still in HiJackThis, click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =

    O9 - Extra button: Related - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - F:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Show &Related Links - {c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a} - F:\WINDOWS\web\related.htm

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.
