Nothing shows up in your log.

Please run at least two of these online scans.
Make sure they are set to clean automatically

    Panda Virus Scan

    Bit Defender

    TrendMicro Housecall

There will be files that these scans will not remove. Please include that information in your next post.

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log and the info from your virus scans.

    E:\My Music\mp3music2\My Shared Folder\visual basic keygen (1).exe

What version of WMP are you using?
Click on Help -> About Windows Media Player.

Let's take a closer look around.

    Download rkfiles.zip
    http://skads.org/special/rkfiles.zip
Unzip the contents to a permanent folder.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

    Doubleclick rkfiles.bat
It will scan for a while, so please be patient.
Wait till the DOS window closes and reboot back to normal mode.

Post the contents of C:\log.txt in your next reply.

    Please delete this file.

    C:\WINDOWS\RMAgentOutput.dll

Those folders from Microsoft updates are legit. They are there in case you want to remove that particular update.

Reboot and let me know if you are still having the same problem.

I don't think you have a malware problem. It sounds like maybe those particular files have been corrupted or perhaps you need to reinstall WMP.

But I don't find any indication that malware is causing your problems.

I am writting in reguards to the dr watson postmortem debugger.
The only time it shows up on my computer is when i try to go into Yahoo Voice confrence and i close it out it comes back with Yahoo had to close due to error then a window pops up with same message for dr watson to close out also then freezes computer.
Do u actually need this debugger or can it be removed and if it can how do u remove it. Thank you for any help you can give me on this.
