Out of office assistant

i have a error when accesing out of office.
When i go to choose the option it comes up with message
out of office iscommand is unavailble. See program doc about how to use extension.
i have reinstalled but still happens
i have outlook 2002 SP3
pls help

    Out of office will only work when you are using Microsoft Exchange email & your client is using Exchange mode :)

    Do you use exchange..? :)

    its ok i have worked it out...
    some registry key needed to be renamed..
