Persistent Hijacker

Dear Short Media forum viewers. Just recently, a new hijacker/spyware has appeared on my pc, adding new icons to my desktop, and a new toolbar to my Internet Explorer. I have tried several anti-spyware/adware/hijacker programs, but nothing seems to have any real efficiency against this problem. Omegakiller will, during most attempts, remove the icons and the toolbar, for a while, but they will all reappear after some time, og after the next reboot. I sincerely do hope someone can recommend a good anti-hijacker program, so I can finally get rid of this nuisance, once and for all. The symptoms all remind me of similar ones noticed after the install of MSN+, only that these are much more persistent, and seem virtually impossible to delete. Thank you !
