Trojan Problems Need Help

Okay heres the deal I found this problem in my home page C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocsv.dll/API32.htm#ID=347;065D and I found the files in the registry and it won't let me delete it. The most annoying part is I can start my computer in safe mode delete the files and they stay down until I restart. I can't seem to track the file that keeps regenrating this prob. I ran HiJack this and this is the log file I saved. Hopefully someone can give me a hand and I dont have to wipe and start over again.

hehe for anyone who may read this thread (sorry I posted this in wrong spot) I managed to figure out how to fix the problem. I went throught the reg (in safe mode after downloading a IE service pack) and deleted the files in safe mode. I then ran the service pack patch and when I came back in regular mode my computer was running normal again. I figured I would post this in case someone else has the same trouble.
