i can't get rid of these, hs remove.exe thought got rid of HSA, but appearently not...here is my hijack this log

Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\yhlfa.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\apptw.dll
C:\WINDOWS\appdz32.exe

Then reboot your computer and post a new log.

i fixed those files, rebooted (hard reboot) and nothing popped up, it said windows was missing the apptw file and to search for it (which i obviously didn't) and now i have this as a log...
