Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
C:\WINNT\system32\hp****.tmp

Where * represents a random character.

Then reboot and post a new log.

I went out to safe mode as administrator before deleting and running a new HiJackThis... under administrator everything came up clean but soon as I went back under my normal user... everything was back...
