Guys, after i've gotten Ad-Aware and scanned my files, it told me there're critical objects detected. After which i've removed them, do i have to do anything else? I mean, each time i remove the detected files, they appear in the quarentined section ya? So my question is, do i just leave them in the quarentined section or do i delete them from it??

The quarrentine section is just a "backup" of all of the items Ad-Aware removes, just in case it detects something legitimate and you remove it thinking that it's bad. If you removed the items with Ad-Aware a while ago and have noticed no turn-for-the-worse in your browsing then it's safe to remove them from the quarentine.
