The persistent Hijacker, including Hijack This ! log
Hello Buck Eye Sam, and others. As previously mentioned, just recently a rather persistent hijacker/spyware/adware has found it's way to my computer, adding new icons to my desktop, and a new toolbar to my Internet Explorer. I have tried several anti-spyware programs, including Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D, without any real effect. Omega killer is able to remove either icons or toolbar, or both, during most attempts, but they will all reappear after a while, and almost certainly after each reboot. Now, I have been adviced to run Hijack This !, and post the log in here, afterwards. This is hereby done, and I can only hope that this willl enable you to help me get rid of this nuisance, once and for all. Thank you all very much. Yours truly Jack D Ripper.
