Download LSPFix and unzip to your desktop, then run it. Now, we need to:

1. check(tick) "I know what i'm doing".
2. click on (highlight) each occurrence of the following, one at a time:

cdlsp.dll

3. then click ">>", mo'ing each one, individually, to the 'Remove' pane.
4. (double-check, and make sure that only the above files are in the 'Remove' pane.)
5. click "Finish >>"

Scan with hijackthis and tick the boxes next to all the following entries, then close all browser and explorer windows and hit the "Fix checked" button.

Do not delete the legitimate file in the system32 folder .

To get there open windows explorer (not Internet Explorer) and find your way to the C:\WINDOWS folder and locate the file there.

Reboot when done and post another log please.

I could not manually delete the svchost file. It stated that I did not have access even though I am logged in as the Administrator.

Click on start, then control panel, then administrative programs, then services. Look for a service called .NET Framework Service (.NET Connection Service). Double click on that service and click stop and then set the startup to disabled.

Now attempt to manually delete the C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe<< file.

If you still cannot delete it, download the Pocket KillBox
Unzip the file to your desktop.
Run Pocket Killbox and paste the full file path of the below file in the box and click on Standard File Kill and End Explorer Shell While Killing File. Click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle after you the file.

C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe

Reboot afterwards if the file is successfully deleted.

If the file is not deleted, do not reboot yet. Run Pocket Killbox again and paste the full file path in the box and click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on the button with the red circle and an X in the middle. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot.

When done post another log please.
