dunno what to trust with my temps..

kk, so i have a shuttle xpc sn95g5. i have used 2 different monitors, mbm and hwm. both of which say my cpu is at 33-35 and case is around 27. when i restart fast and go into the bios it says my cpu is at 39 and case is at 40. i have always went by the bios but 2 different programs being within one degree makes me wonder which is correct.

    I really doubt a shuttle xpc has a 27 degree case temp unless you live in an igloo. I would trust the bios reading over anything else.

    Try changing which sensor MBM5 is using for the case temps.

    Thats true but I doubt the CPU is less than the case temp. Thats impossible unless its WCed.

    What about Sisoft Sandra?

    My amd64 dfi ultra shows the same. The case is one degree over the cpu in the bios. The cpu has a huge zalman HSF on it.
