Need assistance with Hijackthis log please - zizzam

Hi all, this is my first post, I am really desperate for some assistance...I ran AD-aware and Spybot but with no success. It repeatedly finds the same spyware, I'm getting killed with popups, Search programs in my Add/Remove Programs etc...If anyone can assist with this HijackThis log file I would greatly appreciate it.
