Downloading Podcasts

I'm currently using IPodder version 2.1. It's a no-frills podcatcher. It doesn't inform me, by means of sound or alert, when a new podcast comes in and it doesn't keep track of what shows I've already listened to. What podcatching software does everybody use? Which is the best and what features make it so?

I think I used iPod Agent when podcasting first started. But I dont grab the feeds any more. I just find the talk shows extremely boring, and end up listening to music instead.

What I was hoping for was cool playlists for download in the form of a podcast. It would be a great way to hear new artists. But it is probably considered piracy, and for that reason will never happen.

Really its not much different than a streaming radio station.

Ah well, maybe once more people use it.

If you know of any sites that offer musical podcasts, please by all means post them.

Get the spell check extention for firefox. It's pretty alright. It comes in handy sometimes. At any rate you we're right on the money the first time; musical is the correct spelling.
