W32.Desktophijack

Hi guys Norton keeps telling me that i have W32.Desktophijack Virus on my computer but always fails to repair it ..........How can i get this off my computer - Please see below for my hijack log ...thanks in advance

Please make sure you can view all hidden files:

Open my computer>click tools>click folder options>
click view tab>check show hidden files>uncheck hide file extensions>click apply>click OK>exit

Run activescan.
