Can someone Help me, with smithfraud.c trojan spy

Im working on a laptop that is infected with Trojan.StartPage.M, what exactly should i do to get this removed. I definitely could use some help on this subject please. The laptop has no floppy drive, so it may take me some time posting threads

We will need to see a log from Hijack this to help you.
