Need something to print a log file automatically

I set up a small business client with an Iomega Rev drive to backup his server onto. The software included, Automatic Backup Pro, does create a log file after each backup job, but there is no facility built in to the software to automatically print the log out. My client wants it printed out for the sake of seeing it for his own peace of mind. It's been a while since I used the at command to schdule something in Windows NT4, there must be something similar in Windows Small Business Server 2003 no? It would probably be the same thing you would do in XP. Any ideas?
