Little setup.. Customer called and complained that the system stopped logging calls, we make systems that record phone calls. They had a gold warranty so we sent out a tech to check the system out. The onsite contact swore up and down that the system is kept in a nice cool dry area. Well this is what we found when the tech brought it home to us builders to fix.

    looks like they dumped water or something else into it. maybe they were :bawling: or :beer: too close to it!

    maybe it is from moisture vapor from an a/c unit or vent?
