installed windows-hd size not correct

I got windows installed.
I have a 80 gig hard drive and it says it is 76 gigs in my computer. Is this a problem with the hd or the windows install?

    No, that's normal. No drive has exacly the amount of space that it is named after. and there are some windows files that Windows doesn't count in the 'total' size of the drive, after it puts them there.
