I'm helping a friend with a project and I just need to know two things to help him complete it and that is:
1. What computer program links the monitor and keyboard to the CPU?
2. What is the control manager of an operating system is called?

Any help would be appreciated :) .

    1) Driver?
    2) Kernel?

    The question marks are there becuase the way I took your question. There is alot to those things when you think about it such as the BIOS being one part of the answer.
