Hi ...I an evaluation for this setup and let me know how/if I can better my efforts. I'm not so worried about the cost as I am the performance but I do have limits. I am also designing a wooden case around this.

Anyway here goes ...

G4 cpu block
1/2" ID tubing
BIX3 + 3 x evercool 85cfm
c-systems MAG's
"T" line for fill & plug
fluidxp+
shroud (help?)

I really like the MAG and I'll be inquiring as to how many it will take to get adequate flow.

Thanks in advance
csimon

Ide recomend eheim or hydor for the pump, both ive had experience with and both work very well with low noise if all air is out of the system. avoid via-aqua, i used it and it sucks. Best bang as far as a heater core & shroud is the dangerden core,http://www.dangerdenstore.com/home.php?cat=14, my friend uses it and gets awesome temps

I'll check out that rad it looks very interesting thanks.
As for the pump ...I'd bet my paycheck that the MAG is as quiet if not quieter than anything with matching pressure and flow!!!

the pump? lol I have 2 already!!! I swear I can't hear them ...the only way I can tell if they are running is to grab it tight to feel the vibration ...and then sometime I wonder if it's running! LOL ;D

yeah I have a few but if you run fluidxp+ I would use the model they sell since it has a slightly modded impeller to match that viscosity. Not totally necessary though either way.

Here is the link to the mfg website. http://www.c-systems.ca/
you can also buy the pump statewide thru ppl like dangerden (i think) dtek and fluidxp+ who calls it the magnum.

couple thread links from procooling added ...I can't find the one on noise or heat but this has got to be among the lowest of both http://forums.procooling.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=11584

this pump measures 2"x2" and is very silent and powerful with a minimal heat dump. If you need more pressure or flow all you have to do is add a second MAG but that is a rare circumstance trust me.

It looks like the thermochill 120.3 might be a better choice for a radiator afa performance/cost/noise.
Does anyone have any idea how loud these rads really are?
I mean how much quieter is like the BIP3 vs the BIX3?

I'm also thinking of scratching the wooden case idea. Saturday I have a new desk coming in that is begging to be modded. I'll post pics once I get it set up and I'll see about setting up some drawings for the new system. I think I might go with an enclosed tech table or something like that.
