URGENT!!!: Stuck in BIOS

I went into the bios to set the boot sequence, but when i went in my keyboard wouldnt allow me to move around. Thinking it was my wireless keyboard i tried a USB keyboard, and then a PS2 keyboard, but none of these are working and right now im stuck in the bios. Is there any solution???

    my mistake, i thought restarting the comp while in bios would erase it.... :(

    No, only restarting or powering down the computer DURING a bios flash will cause major problems. Other than that, your safe. :)
