PCIe Video Questions

Hello -- I recently purchased a dell precision 670 with the xp 64 bit system. I currently have an nvidia 540 video card in a pci-e x16 slot. I need to place a second video card in the computer, but I'm having a problem. The open slots are either pci-e x8 (not the newer x16) or pci-x. I tried to put in a pci-e x16, but it doesn't fit. Does anyone know where I can purchase a video card compatible with either of these slots? Everywhere I check only has AGP, PCI, or PCI-e in x16. Thanks.

    DO You need two separate Video cards or a video card that supports 2 monitors?

    Matrox has supposedly released a PCIe 1x video card Info here

    actuallly I need 3 monitors -- one will hook up to one of the cards, the other two to the other card.

    Also, do you know if anyone makes a x4 or x8 card -- or only a x1
