Anyone know a good proxy changer/test program?

Ya I'm trying to go through a proxy. Big problem its takes awhile to change the proxy, typing in the ip and port cause they are separate, and I have to test them to see if they work.

So does anyone know of a good proxy changer and/or tester program for Internet Explorer?
