I've been Hijacked

I've been hijacked by the W32 desktophijack
Please help me, I've run my Hijack this log and now I need the help in deciding what needs to be deleted to return my system back to normal.

Hiya,
I just wanted to let you know that I have downloaded the spybot and ad aware already. I negelected to mention that in my previous post.
I've also got
smitRem
ewido suite
and Panda
Hopefully all that I'll really need is someone to tell me which files to chuck.
