Sata hard drive shows as 'Removable hardware' in XP!

Hi guys since getting an Abit an8 fatal1ty board and using my western digital raptor 36gb hard drive in windows XP it shows up as 'removable drive' any chance this can be changed??

    you can hide the icon from the properties of the start bar. But it's there because the raptor is a removable drive.

    Your drive is sata and supports hot swaping.
