need help with hjt log file

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone could please check my hjt log file...I'm still having some issues with my computer....I have updated and ran Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06 and Spybot Search & Destroy 1.4....I am currently using WIN98 SE.
