Amd 64 3200?
Hey, I just got a watercooling kit mainly to make my pc quiet, but also to oc my cpu a little. Just wondering from those who have oc'd an AMD 64 3200+ NewCastle, or any 3200+ core what was the highest you got the clockspeed to go before it became unstable and what temp was it?
My cpu runs just a little above room temperature. Currently it is 23.8*C, 75*F so I'm guessing i can get some high speeds with these low temps as of now.

I have 2 socket 754 A64 3000+ DTR rigs and one will overclock to around 2650 MHz stable and the other will only get to around 2415 stable.
He has a 3200+ Newcastle, as the only Newcastles for S939 were the 3500+ & 3800+ that means he has a S754 Single channel CPU
haha yea. i have a 754
edit: Since you have corsair chances are its winbond utt-ch5 your limited to 2-3-3-6 220 1t @2.9V or If you max out your latencys you can probably get 240ish at 2.9V.
I also have a 512mb stick of some other stuff, i forget which brand. I dont use it because all of my slots are full. I have 1 512mb stick, and 2x256 sticks in my pc now. Anyway I'm planning on buying new ram, because my corsair is only pc 2700
