Smitfraud-C won't go away

Hey, I've tried following the removal instructions posted for dealing with Smitfraud and have noticed a lot of improvement. I've successfully ran Adaware, Ewido, Panda Active Scan, and Cleanup!. I ran Smitrem in safe mode as well, but I don't think it found anything. When running Spybot, it still finds 7 instances of Smitfraud-C that can't be removed, even upon a restart. Is there any way I can finish getting rid of the annoying Smitfraud-C? I'm posting a Hijack log file. Thank you for any help you may offer!
peace,
jim

Please update your version of Hijack This to 1.99.1.

Make sure all hidden system files and folders are visible:

    Open my computer>click tools>click folder options>
    click view tab>check show hidden files>uncheck hide file extensions>click apply>click OK>exit

Run panda's activescan, save the results and them post them here with a new HJT log.

Run a full system scan with Ad-Aware SE and Spybot S&D. Remove all infected files found.

Reboot into normal mode and run a full scan with ewido security suite. Save the results.

Run activescan again. Post the results from activescan and ewido s.s.

Spybot doesn't detect smitfraud to my knowledge. There has been an issue with spywareshooter causing "false positives" in spybot including smitfraud. If panda's activescan did not locate any smitfraud then you do not have the infection anymore.

Post a new Hijack This log so we can be sure you are clean.

    Are you still having problems?
