msnp32.dll
Upon loading Windows 98 SE I receive the following error:
Unable to load the dynamic link library:
msnp32.dll
The system cannot find the file specified.
My internet is not working as a result I believe, are there any suggestions to fixing this problem?
I have tried to reinstall the driver and the ethernet card I'm using (D-Link DFE-690XTD PC Card) as well as reinstalling the Dial-Up Networking program on Windows.
Nothing has worked thus far. I also do not have my Windows 98 SE CD with me as I am away from home. Any help as greatly appreciated.

Reboot, and give it another try.
