I assume it can, but have no eperience with those vid cards. All I can say is try it out and see what it will do. You might get a noticable speed increase out of it by overclocking.
You need to download this registry entry onto your desktop then double click it. When it askes you if you want to save it to the registry you click Yes or Ok. You'll see a new option in Nview for Overclocking. Make sure you take both GPU and memory up small bumps at a time. Once you start to see artifacts, throttle back a bit on your timings. I'd say bumping it up 25-50 is good enough.
