We would need more info. Try opening it up and seeing if the motherboard has anything printed on it (make/model) to help us see what exactly is needed.

You might take a wild guess if its onboard sound and gets a ac97 based sound. And try and load those drivers.

    Technical Support - 0906 558 0234 (£1/min)

Thats also listed as the tech support number time/tiny are directing folks to for now.

Google for "Tiny computer tech support" and there apears that many UK vendors are trying to pcik up the client base for support.

    You might try

    for starters.

On the motherboard it has MS-6777VER:1 and N1996. The silver box inside says Foxconn however I have found out that it isnt the manufacturer. Will give the ac97 a try first. Thanks

The board is a MSI K7N2GM-L

    http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=K7N2GM-L&class=mb

Sound is a realtek ALC650. Thats a realtek ac97 based driver

Try the ac97 driver from msi's site found here.
    http://www.msi.com.tw/program/support/driver/dvr/spt_dvr_list.php?part=1&kind=3&CHIP=3&ID=5

You have it running sort of but I would get all the latest drivers foir the MB and chipset etc.. from MSI also.
