ATI has released a new set of Catalyst drivers for their Radeon line of graphics cards.

Note: After this release the Control Center will be the only driver user interface available to ATI products as the trusty Control Panel is being retired.

Jerks! Looks like I'll be using some other driver packages then, as I don't like the Control Center. It'd be great if it wasn't so damned flashy. Make it a simple app (and not so heavy on resources) and I'll use it.

Oh, and they really need to move the Control Center thing from right click. At least move it from the top. Ugh.

How do you check which driver you currently have again? I looked in device manager and at display adapter properties but can't find anything that says I'm running 5.7. I know as soon as you tell me I'll go duh!

I ran it last night. I have not noticed any serious FPS drop. BF2 is about 5fps less overall but its hardly noticable.. I was running 4.12's
