Dell LCD's

Just wondering, but arent the dell LCD's made by LG and rebranded? cause if they are i could save myself some $$$ for a great monitor.

    I think dell uses different vendors for each model line. For example, I used to have a dell 1901FP, and that was actually a samsung panel.

    hmmm...samsung is still a good panel though. i guess my question was that dell uses pretty dang good panels in their monitors.

    i think so. Dell doesn't skimp on their LCDs. My 1901FP was an extremely nice monitor (before it got STOLEN... :grumble:)
