Need some help figuring out some things

Alright, I need to figure out 2 things and I dunno how to go about it, so I came here.

Anyways, I need to find out:
What motherboard I have
What kind of CPU upgrade I can get, ANY upgrade is fine, no matter if its unimpressive or not

I have a 586mhz, it's not too fun..

Anways, I ran a BIOS Wizard program and it says:

    1) Best shot is to actually look at whats PRINTED on the motherboard.

    2) for the price of an old cpu upgrade you can probably actually get a new MB/CPU combo from somewhere like frys's
