x800xl OEM Refurb card?

I'm looking into buying an x800pro retail or a used or OEM/Refurb x800xl. I found this x800xl on Newegg for a great price, but I'm wondering about it. Would an OEM Refurb card be good?? It just seems so.. cheap! :p Just some opinions or experiences with OEM or Refurb or OEM Refurb cards please. Thanks

    The card itself would be fine - But the price is high. It should be $20-40 cheaper. Hell I'm selling a Brand New in box X800XL PCIe version for $250....

    darn.. if it was AGP, i'd buy it from you for $230 :D

    yeah I think it IS a little high... I'm still undecided
