What are the specs for the rest of your rig, incluning the power supply???

Also, what does it say your voltage is in bios on the health screen?

Hmm, that is odd. Yes, the Venice based chips are 1.35V or 1.4V parts. There is a possibility that it is being read incorrectly by a sensor somewhere. I don't want to point the finger at your PSU, but if you have a spare one around, I'd hook it up to see if you get similar readings for the vcore. It is also possible that your mainboard is not properly regulating the vcore.

Can you test and see if it is unlocked? I have seen some Venice cpu's that are unlocked by mistake from Amd and those had whacky voltages as well. You might have struck gold there you know :D
