clik sounds from the hdd

hi all.
i have tic.tic sounds from the hdd, and when its happend my sistem is freazing
or som times during gameing, the game is continu after 2 sec of freaz.
i allso tryed to replace the WD160GB s-ata with WD80GB JB IDE, so the problem can't be the hdd itself or the on bord s-ata controler...

i think the psu can be my prob, as i have 7 vents and they all runing on 7.5 volt.
do i need to try a stronger one ?
how is the ENERMAX EG365P-VE ATX Ver.1.3 FMA Series ?
or the problem is somwere elss ?

    Well if you think its the PSU the enermax has 25 percent less wattage then the one you got now if its wattage is correct. Go up not down.
