dialers, and spyware will not go away

hello panda scan found this and did not delete it my computer is running really crapy firefox freezes,even after seting a new profile so its not that
adware found nothing, spybot found nothing but cookies hjt found nothing but log is at the bottom how do i go about getting rid of this stuff safely

sorry for the the late reply had given up hope and then panda triluim finally removed the junk after installing and uninstalling several time so it would update the dat files. this stuff is starting to install these days without hijack being able to track it . i dont know why panda online could find it but not remove it but there has to be a better way to protect our computers because the virus software sure is falling short. this stuff got on my computer running firefox as a browser and avg virus scanner and avg could not even find it
