Need parts for a cheap P4 / AMD system.

I got a call today to build a computer for someone I know. This whole project is dependent on them actually getting me the cash, but IF they do, here's what I'd be looking for:
1. Cheap P4 processor (or AMD processor) and motherboard. 1.6 Ghz or higher speed for a P4, 1800 or higher for an AMD. Heatsink and fan if available.
2. Hard drive, 20 GB or more.
3. Memory to fit the motherboard. If it runs on SDRAM, I have some memory already, but could always use more.
4. CDRW drive.
5. Case and power supply.
