Does anyone know of any free software (free as in free, not free as in 30 day trial) that will scan your PC for dead shortcuts and delete them all? (The same feature that is in Ace Utilities and TweakXP I beleive).

I think that the "repair icons" function in the TweakUI powertoy may do this as well, but I'm not entirely certain.

Na, that just rebuilds the icon images in memory and the cache and such for when they get corrupted for some reason.

Heh, cheers Shorty, although if it deletes most of my Hard-Drive's contents or tells me to register before it will work then I'm going to bite you. dragon_angry.gif
