Somebody send me a copy of a .dll?

I was having problems with the Windows Image Acquisition service not starting and looked for three days and finally found that I was missing a file called mscms.dll in my c:\windows\system32 folder. I found a copy of the file online and I can download pics from my digital camera again woohoo. However, I'd feel better if I had the file from one of you guys. My system is running Windows XP SP2 and it's got every single security update that MS has ever put out. I scanned the file for viruses and spyware and it was negative, but just for argument's sake, can one of you upload a copy of your mscms.dll in a zip file here so I can feel better?
